Description
Sauvignon Blanc fermented in oak and acacia barrels forms the basis from which a different drinking experience is clearly expected compared to classic Sauvignon Blanc.
Barrels with a capacity of 500 liters do not allow the taste of wood to dominate, but due to the period of contact with the wine, they leave a mark of their presence.
At first, it is difficult to recognize the characteristics of Sauvignon Blanc, but with a little aeration in the glass, the wine changes expressions and leaves a dominant impression of something new, intriguing, and mysterious.
