Description
Wine from a selected part of the vineyard that matures under the most intense sunlight reflected from the Danube. The effect: double sun.
The exclusivity and persistence to produce Kanon superior only in the best wine years, from grapes of high quality both analytically and organoleptically, justifies the investment in purchasing the finest French oak barrels for long aging, from two to three years. After that, the wine ages in bottles for 6 months, which is the minimum time for its production.
The varietal characteristics of Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon are clearly expressed and develop over time, from the aroma of ripe cherries to the taste of berry fruits.
Superiority is evident at the first scent, and the lasting taste and comprehensive experience during tasting make it a representative archival wine.
